清潔車抓斗扯倒電桿 清潔員受傷

高市環保局位鼓山三路的清潔車停車場，17日發生電線桿被抓斗車扯倒意外，兩根電線桿不僅砸毀1輛自小客車，還打中1名蔡姓清潔隊員，轟然巨響嚇壞現場所有人，蔡男因肋骨斷裂需要住院觀察。
昨天下午3時20分左右，前金區清潔隊潘姓司機洗完車後，準備出車作業，卻忘了將抓斗放下，結果抓斗太高扯到電纜線，旁邊兩支電線桿應聲傾倒。一旁三民區清潔53歲蔡姓隊員上晚班，當時提早到停車場取車，正與另名蘇姓女隊員聊天卻禍從天降，幸好蘇婦推了他一把，才沒被倒下的電線桿正面打中。
不過蔡男頭、臉等外觀仍有挫傷，躺在地上久久無法起身，經連絡119送往高醫急救，左肩有挫傷、肋骨斷裂，需住院觀察治療，蘇婦則是手鐲斷了，人沒大礙，但是不遠處1輛另名清潔人員開來上班自小客車被砸中車頭，整個駕駛座被壓扁，所幸車上沒人。
環保局副局長張瑞琿說，49歲潘姓司機到職20年，平時工作認真細心，昨天不知為何未依規定沒將抓斗完全放下，加上颱風過後電線桿損壞，纜線垂得較低才會被抓斗車勾到，事發後潘男也相當自責。
